Align Skincare Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") outline the terms governing the relationship between Align Skincare ("Company," "we," or "us") and the individual or entity ("Affiliate," "you," or "your") participating in the Align Skincare Affiliate Program ("Program").

1. Enrollment in the Program:

1.1 To become an Affiliate, you must complete the application on our website and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason, including but not limited to websites or content that are deemed inappropriate, offensive, or violate applicable laws.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities:

2.1 As an Affiliate, you agree to promote Align Skincare products in a positive, professional, ethical, and medically sound manner.

2.2 You are responsible for ensuring that your marketing activities comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards, especially considering the medical nature of our products.

2.3 Affiliates must not engage in any form of deceptive or misleading advertising that could compromise the reputation of Align Skincare.

2.4 Affiliates must not make any false claims about the medical benefits or results of Align Skincare products.

2.5 Affiliates must not engage in any form of spamming, including email spam, to promote Align Skincare.

3. Commissions and Payouts:

3.1 Affiliates will earn a commission on each qualifying sale made through their unique affiliate link.

3.2 Commissions will be paid monthly, subject to a minimum payout threshold, which may be set by the Company.

3.3 Commissions are paid via the preferred payment method selected by the Affiliate during the application process.

4. Tracking and Reporting:

4.1 The Company will provide Affiliates with access to an online portal to track clicks, sales, and commissions.

4.2 The Company is not responsible for errors in tracking resulting from Affiliate's modifications to the affiliate links.

5. Termination:

5.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.

5.2 The Company reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate's participation in the Program if the Affiliate violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in conduct that is harmful to the Company's reputation.

6. Modification of Terms:

6.1 The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

7. Limitation of Liability:

7.1 The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Affiliate's participation in the Program.

8. Governing Law:

8.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of San Diego, CA. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located within San Diego, CA.

By enrolling in the Align Skincare Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
